Sealy Mattress Warning!!

I want to share with you so you do not run into any troubles as I did.

We bought a mattress from Sealy and over a period of at least a year, it slowly deteriorated. Now it sinks so badly when I sit down and is very uncomfortable when sleeping. I wake up aching all over. The bed has lost is firmness completely. We have contacted Sealy without luck. So I had to contact the BBB (in Canada) which got a reply from Sealy. After many phone calls and arguments, they sent a mattress inspector which was a joke.  He measured how he was supposed to measure and sent to the HO. They replied saying there is nothing wrong with the bed. We have tried to send these pictures to them but they ignore them.

I am letting you all know the warranty from Sealy is a joke. It is time to shop other places. The services they provide was terrible and uncaring. 

Get this. We went to the store where we bought this from. A good independent store, not, the usual chain stores. They said Sealy has stopped providing them mattresses as they have not been selling as much as Sealy would have like to. So now Sealy is into Sales not Services. Maybe years ago the board and CEO were good group of people who provide sales and services.  Today, it is only sales. Look at Eatons and Woodwards to name a few Canadian stores that went under due to lack of services. 

We went thru a difficult time and I would not wish this on anyone, so I am sharing with you so you do not. You have been warned and do share this with anyone else if you wish. Thank you!
